If you want to change your delivery address, contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to keep our quick delivery times, we process your order as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to implement the change.
However, as long as your order has not started processing or is ready for delivery, we can help you to change or correct your order. If your order is being processed or has already been shipped from our warehouse and you wish to add products, please place a new order.
We also follow GDPR recommendations with regards to changing personal data on an order. This means that unfortunately we cannot change the name and email address of an existing order.
